What energy-path owns, what it does not, and how to report infringement.
1. What we own
The energy-path platform itself is our work and is protected by copyright and trademark law. This includes its software and code; its design, layout, and look and feel; our certificates and the certification and verification system; the way our course is selected, organized, structured, sequenced, and presented; the energy-path name and logo; and any original explanations, quizzes, and worked examples we create. Energy Path reserves all rights in these.
2. Content from other sources
Some of the underlying learning material is gathered from publicly available sources. We do not claim ownership of that third-party material; rights in it remain with their respective owners, and its inclusion does not imply any endorsement by them.
3. What you may not do
Without our written permission, you may not:
- Copy, clone, or resell the platform, its design, our certificate, or the structure and arrangement of our course.
- Use our materials to build or train a competing product or service.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download the site using bots or automated tools.
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or ownership notices, or use the energy-path name or logo without permission.
4. Third-party components
Some parts of the platform use third-party components, such as the Leaflet mapping library and web fonts, which belong to their owners and are used under their own licences.
5. Report infringement or request removal (notice and takedown)
If you are a rights holder and believe material on energy-path infringes your rights or should be removed, contact us and we will review and remove it promptly. Please email admin@energy-path.org with:
- A description of the material and the right you hold.
- The exact location (URL) of the material on our site.
- Your name and contact details.
- A statement that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act on their behalf.
